PLAY Airlines Rebrand and User Experience Design
Budget airlines do not have the same access to resources as more established airlines may possess, and as such, have to approach their problems creatively and effectively to ensure a smooth customer experience. PLAY airlines, an Icelandic-based budget airline, was given a brand makeover alongside low-cost solutions that address pain points identified throughout the customer journey.
